To use a gel eyeliner product, first prepare your eyelids. Dip a small eyeliner brush into the gel eyeliner pot and wipe off any excess product on the rim. Starting at the inner corner of your eye, draw a thin line along your lash line with short, light strokes, gradually building up the thickness as desired.
